Look up to the Lord for the battle unseen,

For the evil one is a deceiver wretched and mean,

 

The Lord gives you the protection from head to toe,

To be in battle the bible you must know,

 

Your weapons are your faith your prayers your good will,

You empty the cups of wrath the devil does fill,

 

Your prayers shake the gates of hell and of unholy sin,

Wear your armor at all times and pray to win,

 

To be shot by the devil with arrows unseen he will make you doubt,

Be aware with his angels he will try to knock you out,

 

Stand firm with the wisdom the bible gave to you,

Always knowing prayer shall pull you threw,

 

To prepare for battle you make your  prayers ready,

Be of sound mind and a spirit that’s steady,

 

Have no doubt with an army the evil one will attack,

Always be prepared to cover your back,

 

If ever you’re overwhelmed and fear you see,

Don’t hesitate to pray the Rosary,

 

When this unholy power seems so real,

The lord will grant you in faith a sword of steel,

 

If the battle seems long and you feel faint,

Call to the lord he will send the army of saints,

 

Be prepared the Lord is on your side,

Through the worst of battles he will be your guide,

 

The devil wants you dead your soul to bind,

To destroy your faith and bring destruction to your mind,

 

Being prepared to battle in this world is a must,

Have a battle plan and in the Lord trust,

 

Rebuke the devil and in the Lords light stay,

Be prepared for battle and the evil one will run away.
